Kruiden Assortiment

Onze assortimenstlijst omvat een breed assortiment van keukenkruiden, medicinale kruiden en "vergeten" groenten. Als u alleen de Nederlandse naam van de plant weet kunt u via "Zoekopdracht" rechts bovenin of via de Nederlandse naamlijst uw plant ook vinden.

ACMELLA oleracea - ABC Kruid

Hoogte: 20 cm | Bloeitijd: juni tot september | Kleur: goudgeel met roodbruin hart.

Standplaats: zonnig / halfschaduw / goed doorlatende grond / normaal vochtig. Gebruik: In sauzen, soepen, salades en stoofschotels.Deze plant is onvoldoende winterhard in ons Nederlandse klimaat en verdient winterbescherming, desondanks is het een welkome aanvulling in uw kruidentuin.  

AGASTACHE foeniculum - Dropplant - Anijshysop

Hoogte: 80 cm | Bloeitijd: juli-augustus | Kleur: paars

Standplaats: zonnig / halfschaduw / goed doorlatend / droog tot normaal vochtig plek.

Wordt ook wel eens anijsnetel genoemd. Trekt vlinders en bijen aan.

Gebruik: de bladeren voor in de sla en thee (Anijs)

Standplaats: halfschaduw / vochtig

Wanneer je hem niet tot bloei laat komen, is het een overblijvende plant.

Gebruik: geconfijte jonge groene stengels en bladstelen
